Tell me about yourself! How old are you, and where are you from?
My name is Nicholle Dunnigan. I'm 50 years old and I'm from South Toms River, a small town in New Jersey.
Give us a summary of your book!
The name of my book is called Saving Nicholle My Journey From Generational Curses To Cursebreaker and it is about my life and how I overcame generational curses that were meant to destroy me and how these events shaped my life and who I am today. It's an emotional roller coaster of molestation, broken foundations, and a life of chaos and drama, ultimately placing me face to face with the need and desire to forgive all who have crossed me and heal while sharing my rebirth.
What inspired you to write this book?
I've always wanted to write a book since I was about 12 years old. Like a deep passion to write. I had experienced some things as a child and watched as my children went through as well. One day in prayer I told God that I wanted to write a book where He would get the glory and I wanted Him to show me how. I knew of another author in my church who introduced me to her book coach and here I am today, A published Author.
If you could pick one song to describe this book, what would it be?
"Jesus can work it out" by Dr. Charles G. Hayes and the Cosmopolitan Church of Prayer Choir.
She talks about people in the Bible and herself going through hard times but how God still worked it out and made a way for them. The story of my life.
Have you written any fiction novels as well? If not, would you and what genre?
No, I haven't written any fiction novels and yes, I would like to reach out to the woman, man, or child that has healed from generational curses.
What are two of your favorite books? Least favorite?
Wow!! I've read so many. The book that first hit a chord with me was "The Coldest Winter Ever" by Sistah Soulja." and "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings" by Maya Angelo. I don't have any least favorite books.
Do you have any other hobbies or businesses that you would like to share?
I'm currently working on a journal and a podcast so look out for them they will be on my website. I also do motivational speeches concerning my book. I also sell Scentsy Products, Warmers, and wax.
