Give us a summary of your book!
Pure will change the way you see yourself and the world around you. Naima Yetunde Ince takes you on a thrilling journey, while getting to Pure. This poetic memoir is raw with gut-wrenching emotion, the highs and lows that life takes you through and getting to your true identity. The poems inspire and make you appreciate the reverence of life. Getting to the nitty-gritty of the deepest parts of yourself, and how to contribute to your own evolution and infuse your everyday life. One thing that is deeply expressed between the pages is the will to love and the need for love.
What inspired you to write this book?
I wanted to tell my personal story through poetry. Therefore, I created this poetic memoir.

Have you written any fiction novels as well? If not, would you and what genre?
I haven’t written any fiction books and I don’t foresee that in my future. But if I ever do, I am sure it would be drama.
What are two of your favorite books? Least favorite?
A few of my favorite books are Piano Lesson by August Wilson and Venus by Suzan Lori Parks, I also love Their Eyes Were Watching God by: Zora Neal Hurston
