My name is Michelle and I am 37 years of age. I was born in Jamaica and migrated here to the states with my family as a child. I am married to my childhood sweetheart and I am a mother of 4 and a grandma of 2 soon to be 3. I love to enjoy reading, listening to various types of music, writing Poetry, and I am an advocate against molestation, rape, mental and physical abuse, or the ill treatment of the elderly or the helpless.
Give us a summary of your book!
Memoir of A Broken Girl is the first volume of Michelle’s autobiography describing the early years of her life. This book walks you through her experience with molestation, physical abuse, and a pregnancy at 12. The book begins when Michelle leaves her birth country of Jamaica with her family and end up in the foster care system. Michelle has to find the strength and courage to transform from a victim of molestation, abuse, rape, and teen pregnancies to survivor.
