I was born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta and I’m old enough to have experienced rotary phones, pagers, and dial-up internet.

What does your ideal writing space look like?
I like to people watch so while I need a level of organized noise (the chosen playlist of the characters I am working with) Observing other’s in a coffee shop or eavesdropping on conversations in the gym are the magic that get the juices flowing and allow me to writer or dictate stories any time or any place.

You’re stranded on an island, and only one character from any book can save you. Who are you picking?
Definitely Reyes Farrow from Darynda Jones’s Charley Davidson series and that is all I have to say about that.
Besides being a writer, what else do you enjoy?
I’m an outdoors girl and a racer at heart. I love old television shows and have a collect of vintage video games and pinball machines.
Do you have any upcoming book promotions?
The first book in my Naverro Vampire tales will be on sale just in time for the holiday season. And for new subscribers to my email list I always send them a free story.
