In The Spotlight Today: Ana'Gia Wright!

How old are you and where are you from?

I’m 40+ and a Southern lady so my age is my best-kept secret.

Tell us more about your book!

The Agency: Reviving Resurrection is the follow-up to my Loving Dasia story. While Loving Dasia was the story of G and Dasia getting together, this book is the son’s story as Marius defies his father’s wishes and dares to stand on his own in The Agency.

You’re sharing an elevator with a big name publisher. Pitch your book using 20 words or less!

The Agency is about love, redemption, and Marius’s quest to find his place in the Agency but outside of his father’s shadow.

What does your ideal writing space look like?

I’m a bit all over the place. My characters prefer the change of scenery when I’ve been in one place too long. So, while I do a good bit of writing at home, getting out to people watch and gain inspiration over a cup of green tea at a locally owned coffee shop hits the spot.

If your book was turned into a movie, who would play your main characters?

Definitely, Tessa Thompson to play Nita. Truth be told, I have no idea who could pull off Marius though.

You’re stranded on an island, and only one character from any book can save you. Who are you picking?

Jason Bourne of course. I love the Bourne series by Robert Ludlum's

Besides being a writer, what else do you enjoy?

I’m a racer at heart and a play in the dirt kinds of girl so gardening and hanging out under the hood are two of my favorite past-times.

Do you have any upcoming book promotions?
